Ancient Nutra Valmi is a herbal supplement of licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): 60 vegetarian capsules in a white tub from the Ancient Nutra range, labelled Natural Licorice Root (Valmi). Valmi is the local name for licorice, the sweet, aromatic root that is also used to flavour sweets and drinks.
Licorice root has a long place in the herbal traditions of Sri Lanka and South Asia. In these capsules it is simply the ground root, sealed in a vegetarian shell, with no added flavour.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule after meals, up to three times a day, or as directed. The maker advises against prolonged high-dose use. Licorice is not suitable for everyone. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Keep the lid tightly closed and store the tub in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
