Harischandra Noodles are plain dried wheat noodles, made from wheat flour and salt only, in a 400g pack. They are the noodles Harischandra has made at Matara since 1966, in the yellow and brown pack with the name in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
Harischandra noodles carry the Sri Lanka Standards Institution mark for noodles (SLS 420). With nothing but flour and salt, they take on the flavour of whatever you cook them with.
