With facilities to accommodate up to 12 guests, the Danish Villa offers you single, double and triple rooms to choose from. With air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms, facilities include large mosquito nets, a wardrobe, writing desk, chair, towels, bed linen, ceiling fan etc. The villa also includes a new garden bungalow that consists of two deluxe double rooms with air-conditioning and attached bathrooms.

Arugam Bay is one of the best venues to enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the East coast which will surely take your breath away. Just about 100 meters away from the beautiful beach, guests can enjoy long walks enjoying the local culture and settings. You can enjoy swimming during the season and the area is a renowned surfer's paradise with many surf points. There are also many national wild life parks in the region such as Yala and Kumana where you can spot many wild animals and birds roaming away freely.
The Danish Villa is located in the beautiful East Coast of Sri Lanka, just 100 meters away from the unspoilt white beaches. 3 km south of Pottuvil, Arugam Bay is widely renowned locally and internationally for its surf points. Colombo is approximately 300km away while the drive from Kandy takes about 4-5 hours. Buses are available from Colombo - Fort and other parts of the island while the nearest train station is Ella. Private taxis are available from Colombo and is about a 7-8 hours ride.
I would highly recommend the Danish villa. The rooms were spacious and elegant. There was a wonderful veranda where you could look out over the garden. The breakfast was tasty and staff charming.
Very cozy house, simple but stylish and clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very central but quiet location.
