Torquil Paterson Frisby, a wealthy and perpetually dissatisfied American millionaire, guards his fortune jealously while his niece Ann Moon finds herself the object of affection for two suitors: her fiancé 'Biscuit' Lord Biskerton, a debt-ridden nobleman in hiding, and Berry Conway, Frisby's employee and Biscuit's old school friend. When Biscuit's eye turns toward the charming Kitchie Valentine, romantic entanglements flourish amidst the comical chaos of Valley Fields in this classic Wodehouse tale.
