About this experience
Spend seven days travelling through Sri Lanka's hill country on a private tour, guided by an English-speaking chauffeur guide who handles all driving and navigation. The route takes you to Kandy — the last royal capital — where you walk the ornate corridors of the Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic) and absorb centuries of Kandyan history. From there, the road climbs into the misty peaks above Ella and Haputale, the cool, scenic towns that define Sri Lanka's central highlands.
Along the way, step inside a working tea factory, follow the process from leaf to cup, and sit down for a tasting that explains exactly why Ceylon Tea carries its reputation. Your private vehicle and water bottles (two 500 ml per person per day) are included throughout; hotel accommodation, meals, and entrance fees are arranged separately. No shared coaches — every stop runs on your schedule.
