Plain virgin coconut oil from the Baraka range, bottled in light, unbreakable HDPE plastic. It is made in Sri Lanka by Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd by cold pressing fresh coconut kernel, rather than the dried copra used for ordinary coconut oil.
The maker states that the oil holds more than 64% medium chain fatty acids, and that around 76% of those are lauric acid. It has a clean coconut aroma and sets solid in cool weather, turning clear again as it warms. It is sold in several bottle sizes; pick one above.
