Moroccan Mint from Akbar pairs Ceylon green tea with dried mint leaves, in the style of the sweet mint tea served across North Africa. This box holds 15 tea bags, 22.5 g in all.
The cup is pale gold-green, with a cool mint aroma that rises as soon as the water goes in. The green tea keeps it light and fresh, while the mint gives a clean, crisp finish. In Morocco the tea is usually poured with sugar; here it is just as good plain.
Akbar's current shop sells this blend in a 20-bag box; this page is the earlier 15-bag pack.
