Akbar Jasmine Green Tea is a box of 20 tea bags from Akbar, each holding 1.8g of Ceylon green tea blended with real jasmine flowers, 36g in all.
The brisk, clean green tea balances the soft sweetness of the jasmine, giving a fragrant, light cup with a smooth finish. Each bag is individually wrapped, which keeps the floral notes from fading once the box is open and makes it easy to take a few to the office.

How to brew
- One bag per cup
- Water at 80-85°C; boiling water scorches green tea and makes it bitter
- Steep for 2-3 minutes and lift the bag out without squeezing
Serving ideas
- Plain, to taste the jasmine clearly
- With a small squeeze of fresh lemon
- Brewed, cooled and poured over ice on a warm day
