Ahmad Tea Special Blend has been one of Ahmad Tea's own blends for more than 30 years: a crisp, low-grown Ceylon black tea, from Sri Lankan gardens below 600 metres, finished with a little of the maker's bergamot flavouring. The bergamot lifts the brisk, citrusy notes of the Ceylon for a full-flavoured cup with a zesty aroma.
The leaf shows both whole leaves and tips and brews to a bright copper colour. Drink it with a slice of lemon or a splash of milk. The Great Taste Awards gave it one star. This is a 100g carton, the size to try it.
