Collected from your Kandy hotel, you travel by private air-conditioned vehicle into the Matale Highlands on this 10-hour private day tour. The route begins at Nalanda Gedige, a centuries-old stone shrine that blends Hindu and Buddhist architecture in a way historians still debate. Next, step into the Euphoria Spice and Herbal Gardens, where a guide walks you through rows of cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper before a chef demonstrates how those same spices come together in a traditional Sri Lankan dish.
