Kudakalliya Beach Houses は、アルガムベイから車で南へ約10分、静かな川と人けのない浜辺の間にある、個人経営のオフグリッドの隠れ家です。町のサーフスポットやカフェにほど近い一方で、にぎやかな通りからは離れており、シーズン中にはゾウが川へ水浴びにやって来ます。
3棟のビーチハウスに計8室があり、家族やグループに適しています。Ganga Addara は5名用の川沿いのメゾネットで、1階にダブルルーム、2階にトリプルルームがあります。Sayura Unit A には、2階のエアコン付きダブルルーム、バルコニー付きの3名用ドミトリールーム、庭に面した1階のエアコン付き4名用ルームがあります。Sayura Unit B は専用のダイニングを備えた7名用のプライベートなファミリーハウスです。各ハウス単位でも、敷地全体でも貸切予約が可能です。
地元のシェフが新鮮な旬の食材でスリランカ料理を作ります。朝食、昼食、そして通常の夕食かバーベキューディナーから選べる夕食に加え、アフタヌーンティーと軽食も用意されます。
ガイド付きサファリでクマナ国立公園（旧ヤーラ東）やラフガラへ出かけられ、古代のクドゥンビガラ僧院では登った先にパノラマの眺めが待っています。目の前のビーチは静かで、南へ少し歩くとクロコダイルロックとエレファントロックがあり、波が穏やかで泳ぐのに適したビーチが広がります。ヨガやサーフィンのレッスンはご要望に応じて手配でき、有名なアルガムベイのサーフポイントまでは数分です。
チェックインは午後1時、チェックアウトは午前11時です。敷地内にドライバー用の宿泊施設はありませんが、スタッフが近くの部屋を手配できます。
