About this experience
Spend three days covering two of Sri Lanka's most rewarding regions on a fully private tour organised by Lakpura. Day one takes you to the Cultural Triangle, where you climb the iconic Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress — a UNESCO World Heritage site — and walk through the ancient painted caves of Dambulla. Your English-speaking chauffeur guide explains the history at every stop, and two 500 ml water bottles per person keep you refreshed along the way.
Day two shifts the pace with a boat ride through mangroves and a visit to a turtle hatchery on the southern coast. Day three brings a walking tour of Galle's Dutch Fort, a compact colonial maze of ramparts, churches, and narrow streets. Transport throughout is by private car, all taxes are covered, and your chauffeur's costs are taken care of — so your only extras are entrance fees, meals, and personal spending. Minimum age for this tour is 12.
