Il vostro autista vi ritira dal vostro hotel di Ahungalla alle 8:00 del mattino in un veicolo climatizzato. La giornata prosegue verso sud fino alla Handunugoda Tea Factory — una delle poche piantagioni di tè dello Sri Lanka situate vicino alla costa — dove una visita guidata rivela come le foglie vengono lavorate a pochi chilometri dalla riva. Da lì, vi dirigerete a Galle Fort, percorrendo i bastioni coloniali olandesi ed esplorando le strade della città originaria prima del pranzo.
