Sali a bordo della tua barca privata a Negombo e trascorri due ore alla deriva lungo il Canale Hamilton — la storica via d'acqua costruita dagli olandesi che attraversa i tranquilli villaggi e le mangrovie di Waikkal. La tua guida di lingua inglese ti mostra martin pescatori, varani d'acqua e comunità di pescatori lungo le sponde mentre il canale si apre in tratti più ampi di acque salmastre. We had nice time on boat from Negombo to our hotel.
You can find a lot of animals: cows, baths, birds or even spear. We had nice time, Dutch Canal is long and we saw place where it flew to ocean.

We had visited some 6 years earlier when we picked up a boat and It cost us $35 dollars for 2 hours going up the canal,around the lagoon to see the mangroves and feeding the monkeys on the island.Then it was a crying sha…
