There are 158 guestrooms, each with a balcony or terrace looking over the Indian Ocean or the garden. The 113 Eden Rooms have timber floors, air-conditioning, piped music, satellite television, a hair dryer, an in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar, and the 23 Superior Rooms have granite floors. The top floor holds 16 Paradise Rooms with four-poster beds, a sitting area, butler service, a wet bar, a pillow menu and a separate check-in and check-out at the floor's own lounge. There are also 4 Paradise Suites with sitting areas, wet bars and in-room dining, and 2 penthouses with large timber sun-decks, outdoor showers and butler service.
The resort has three restaurants and two bars. The Garden of Eden serves international buffets with continental, Sri Lankan, Indian and Chinese dishes, the Chameleon Cafe is the informal all-day option and Temptation offers signature fine dining. Splash serves drinks and light snacks by the pool, and the Watchtower can be booked for a private dinner for two.
The spa offers massages, foot reflexology, body wraps, Ayurvedic treatments and jet-lag relief, alongside the pool. The resort is a popular venue for traditional Sri Lankan weddings, with wedding packages for visitors, and also hosts conferences and corporate functions.
Windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing are available near the hotel, and river cruises can be arranged. Day trips run along the coast to Hikkaduwa, Galle and Matara.
