Zesta Gunpowder is a Ceylon green tea rolled into small, shot-like pellets, which is where the name comes from. It has a toasty character and a delicate aroma.
How to make it
One tea bag or one level teaspoon of leaf per cup. Let boiled water cool for a minute and brew for 2 to 3 minutes: 2 for a light cup, 3 for a stronger one. Best without milk.
