Step onto a popular cricket ground in Sri Lanka and spend three hours getting hands-on with the country's most-loved sport. A professional cricket coach walks you through the history of the game and its iconic Sri Lankan players, then breaks down the rules before putting a bat and ball in your hands. You'll practise basic bowling and batting techniques under expert guidance, then take on a local team in a real match — a private session organised exclusively for your group.
The experience is open to ages 12 and above and is conducted in English throughout. Lakpura includes a litre of bottled mineral water per person and covers all taxes and service charges. Personal expenses and any food or drinks beyond what's provided are not included. Wear comfortable clothing and bring sunscreen — this is cricket in the Sri Lankan sun.
