Harischandra Cinnamon Powder is ground cinnamon, sold by the maker as pure cinnamon powder, in a 50g pack. Cinnamon is grown and peeled in the south of Sri Lanka, the same region where Harischandra has milled and packed food in Matara since 1943.
Ground cinnamon is quicker to use than quills when a recipe needs an even, warm sweetness through a sauce or a batter.
