Refund policy.

This policy covers goods bought from Lakpura. Tours, transfers, activities and stays are covered by the cancellation rules in our booking terms.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of your purchase. Once 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please send returns to us, not to the manufacturer.

Items that cannot be returned

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software.
• Some health and personal care items.

When only a partial refund is given

• A book with obvious signs of use.
• A CD, DVD, VHS tape, cassette tape, vinyl record, software or video game that has been opened.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts, for reasons that are not our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

When your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm we have received it, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If it is approved, the refund is processed and credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

1. check your bank account again;
2. contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted;
3. contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange one for the same item, email us (contact us) and send the item to the returns address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when it was bought and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver, and they will be told about your return.

• You pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it.
• How long an exchanged item takes to reach you depends on where you live.
• If you are returning an item worth more than $20, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
