Maresia Beach Villa is a small beachfront guest house in Wadduwa, on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka, with only a handful of rooms around an outdoor swimming pool and a garden that runs down to the sand. The villa stands on Samanthara Road in Wadduwa, directly on the beach, with its own private beach area and views over the Indian Ocean. Wadduwa railway station, on the coastal line between Colombo and Galle, is within walking distance, and Pinwatte station is about 3 km to the north. Colombo lies roughly 30 km up the coast, and the beaches of Kalutara are around 15 minutes away by car.
Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) is about 75 km from the villa by road, and the drive around Colombo and down the coast usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
