About this experience
Head out onto Bolgoda Lake — one of Sri Lanka's largest natural freshwater lakes — for a private 90-minute fishing session. Your guide supplies all the equipment you need, and a boat ride takes you across the calm water to the best spots. With around 40 species of freshwater fish in the lake, there is always something to pull in, whether you're an experienced angler or casting a line for the first time.
This is a private activity, so it's just your group on the boat. Minimum age is 12. The boat ride and fishing equipment are included; hotel pick-up and drop-off are not arranged by Lakpura, so plan your own transport to the lake. Gratuities for your guide are optional but appreciated.

This lake is just out of the city centre on the main Galle road to the south.There many restaurants around .There is water sports but not close to each other.

We had an unforgettable kajakride in Lake Bolgoda. Moreover, we explored the nature by a boat trip, went to a beautiful island (incl. pool) und had fun at a jetskiride.
