About this experience
Board a shared boat from Beruwala and head into the deep waters south of Sri Lanka in search of the ocean's largest mammals. Over three hours, you scan the horizon for blue whales, sperm whales, and fin whales as they surface and dive around you. An English-speaking chauffeur collects you from your hotel and transfers you to the departure point in an air-conditioned vehicle, so the journey is comfortable from start to finish. A litre of bottled mineral water is provided, and entrance tickets are included.
