Coconut Milk Powder from Ancient Nutra, in a 500g pack. It is made from Sri Lankan coconut and turns into coconut milk or coconut cream in moments, with a creamy texture and a light, sweet coconut taste.
In Sri Lanka, coconut milk is the base of most curries, and a powder keeps far longer in the cupboard than a fresh coconut or an opened tin.
In the pack
- 500g of coconut milk powder
How to use
- Stir the powder into warm water or milk to make coconut milk; use less liquid for a thick coconut cream, more for a thin milk
- Add straight to curries, dhal and gravies towards the end of cooking
- Use in baking, desserts, smoothies and hot drinks
Storage
Reseal after opening and keep in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.
Ancient Nutra is a Sri Lankan brand, founded in 2015.
