Ancient Nutra cinnamon powder is ground true Ceylon cinnamon, Cinnamomum verum, the cinnamon of Sri Lanka (kurundu in Sinhala). It is lighter in colour and sweeter in aroma than cassia, the darker cinnamon sold in many countries.

How to use
- Bake it into cakes, biscuits and breads.
- Stir into coffee, tea, smoothies and porridge.
- Add to curries and rice dishes, or to desserts and fruit.
- Stir a small spoonful into warm water for a simple cinnamon drink.

Keep the cap closed and store in a cool, dry place.
