Ancient Nutra Amla Powder is dried, ground amla, the Indian gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica), packed in a 100g pouch. Amla is a small, sharp-tasting green fruit grown across tropical Asia and has a long place in Ayurveda. The pack lists one ingredient, 100% natural amla powder, and says it is produced in Sri Lanka.

How to use
- As a drink: stir a little into a juice or smoothie
- Face pack: mix with water or yoghurt into a paste, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water
- Hair pack: mix with water or coconut oil into a paste, apply to the scalp and hair, leave for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water

Storage
Seal the pouch tightly after opening and store it in a cool, dry place.
