Vendol Maha Narayana Balm is a herbal balm from Vendol, made in Sri Lanka. As its label says, it is made with Maha Narayana oil, a classical Ayurvedic oil preparation, set into a balm that is easy to carry and apply.

How it is used
The maker's directions are to rub the balm on the temples, nose, forehead, both sides of the neck, the earlobes, the chest and the feet, then keep the area warm, repeating every three hours. A little balm can also be added to a bowl of hot water and the vapour breathed in.

One 15 g jar of balm with a screw cap, in a Vendol carton.
For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and do not apply to broken skin. Read the label before use, and ask a doctor or an Ayurvedic physician first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, and before use on young children.
