Sethsuwa Super Man (60 Capsules) is a herbal food supplement in capsule form, sold as 60 capsules in an amber bottle with a gold flip-top cap. The label names three herbs: winter cherry, balloon vine and velvet bean. The capsules are taken by mouth after meals.
Winter cherry is better known as ashwagandha, one of the most familiar herbs of Ayurveda. Balloon vine and velvet bean are both climbing plants of South Asia that appear in traditional Ayurvedic formulas. The label describes the product as 100% herbal, and it is printed in Sinhala, Tamil and English. Super Man belongs to the wider Sethsuwa range of herbal capsules and oils made in Sri Lanka.

How to use
- Adults: take one capsule twice a day, after meals.
- Do not take more than the recommended amount.
