Sethsuwa Pranajeewa Fast Shape-Up Decoction is a herbal tea-bag decoction made in Sri Lanka by Sethsuwa Ayurveda Hospital (Pvt) Ltd, a manufacturer that holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. Eight ingredients are declared on the packaging. Preparing the decoction is straightforward. Place one tea bag in a cup of boiling hot water and allow it to steep and boil for at least three to five minutes before drinking. The bag format means there is no loose herb to strain, which accounts for the 'Easy Drink' description on the packaging.
