Sethsuwa Pranajeewa Fast Shape-Up Decoction (40g) is a herbal decoction in tea bags, with 20 bags of 2 g each. It blends eight herbs, fruits and spices: aralu, bulu and nelli, garcinia, cinnamon, black seed, cumin seed and senna leaves. Each bag is boiled in a cup of water for a few minutes and then drunk.
The maker describes it as a decoction drink made to an Ayurvedic recipe from a combination of herbal ingredients. Aralu, bulu and nelli together make up Triphala, the three-fruit blend of classical Ayurveda. Ceylon cinnamon, cumin and black seed add a warm, spiced note. Because the herbs come in bags, there is nothing loose to strain.

How to use
- Put one tea bag in a cup of boiling water.
- Let it boil for at least 3 to 5 minutes, then drink.
