Sethsuwa Pure Medicinal Bee Honey (180ml) is a single-ingredient bee honey from Sri Lanka, packed in a glass jar. It can be eaten from a spoon, stirred into drinks or used in Ayurvedic preparations.
The honey is packed by the Sethsuwa Ayurveda Hospital, which makes the Sethsuwa Pranajeewa range. The label is printed in Sinhala, and its Sinhala wording marks the honey for use with medicines, as honey is often taken in Sri Lankan households. Each jar carries a batch number and printed dates of manufacture and expiry.

- Take a spoonful as it is, or stir it into warm water or herbal tea.
- Use a clean, dry spoon each time.
