Sethsuwa Fat Blaster Capsules (90 Caps) are herbal capsules that combine garcinia with the three fruits of Triphala: aralu, bulu and nelli. The bottle holds 90 capsules of 500 mg each. They are taken by mouth before meals.
Garcinia cambogia, also known as Malabar tamarind, is a small fruit whose dried rind has long been used in South and Southeast Asian cooking as a souring agent. Triphala, Sanskrit for three fruits, is one of the best-known formulas of classical Ayurveda, and it is made from aralu, bulu and nelli. The capsules are made in Sri Lanka, and the label is printed in English, Sinhala and Tamil.

How to use
- Take one capsule three times a day, before meals.

- The pack states that no gluten, egg, soy products, peanut, corn, artificial colours or artificial flavours are added.
- Use only as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician; ask one before use in pregnancy, while breastfeeding or for children.
