Harischandra White Rice Flour is 100% white rice flour, finely milled and packed in 400g bags. It carries the Sri Lanka Standards Institution mark for rice flour (SLS 913).
Rice flour is the base of many Sri Lankan dishes and sweets. Harischandra began in Matara in 1943 by milling rice, kurakkan and chillies, and the maker suggests this flour for local favourites as well as bread and other baking.
