The grade
Pekoe is a curly, rolled leaf grade. It gives a light cup with a delicate taste, and is best plain or with a splash of milk.
How to brew
Allow one level teaspoon, about 2 g, of leaf per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain or with milk.
Storage
Once opened, keep the leaf in a closed container in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells.
