The grade
The leaf is broken but slightly wiry and less twisted than a standard BOP. In the cup it is aromatic and mellow, with enough body to take milk.
How to brew
Allow one level teaspoon, about 2 g, of leaf per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain or with milk.
Storage
Once opened, keep the leaf in a closed container in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells.
