The grade
OP1 leaf is long, wiry and well twisted, and slightly delicate. It gives a light, delicate brew, so it suits anyone who likes their tea without much weight. Give it the full 5 minutes.
How to brew
Allow one level teaspoon, about 2 g, of leaf per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain or with milk.
Storage
Keep the caddy closed in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells, and use a dry spoon.
