Shape-Up Tea is a vanilla-flavoured black tea from Fadna, blended with goraka, the sour dried fruit Sri Lankans use in fish curry. It is one of Fadna's lifestyle teas.
What is in it

- Goraka (Garcinia cambogia)

How to make it
Put one bag in a cup, pour over freshly boiled water and leave it for three to five minutes. The vanilla makes it smooth and fragrant; drink it plain or with a little milk. It contains caffeine from the black tea.
