This Fadna tea brings together tea and Ceylon cinnamon, the true cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) that grows along Sri Lanka's south-west coast. The bark gives the cup a warm, sweet spice smell without any added flavouring.

How to make it
Put one bag in a cup, pour over freshly boiled water and leave it for three to five minutes. It can be drunk plain or with a little honey, and works as an iced tea in hot weather.
