Dilmah Western Ceylon Black Tea comes from the western slopes of Sri Lanka's tea country, a region known for teas that are coloury, bright and full of classic Ceylon character. It has reasonable strength balanced with clarity: a bright amber liquor, satisfying body and a clean finish.
The 2kg bulk pack makes roughly 800 servings, suiting cafes, restaurants, hotels and households that get through a lot of tea. It is excellent with milk.
