Beam Mustard Oil is an oil made from mustard seeds (Brassica juncea) and sold by Beam in its Ayurvedic range. In Ayurveda, mustard oil is valued as a warming oil and is used for Abhyanga, the traditional oil massage.
It is a single-ingredient oil with nothing else added to the mustard seed.
