Beam Medaharaniya (250g) is an Ayurvedic herbal powder from Beam, made with Malabar tamarind (goraka), garlic, curry leaves, fenugreek, aralu and black cumin. It is taken by the teaspoon with or after meals.
The maker sells the same powder under the name Ayushtrol and lists it as Ayushtrol Medaharaniya. It comes in a 250g pack.
