Beam Cinnamon With Bee Honey (160g) is a traditional Sri Lankan preparation of cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) blended into bee honey, in a 160g jar. It is taken by the spoonful, one teaspoon twice a day.
Cinnamon and honey are an old pairing in Sri Lankan homes. The blend can also be used as a sweetener in drinks or in recipes.
