Beam Ashwagandha Oil is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil prepared according to the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia, named for ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), the herb known in Sri Lanka as amukkara. It is a massage oil: a few drops are applied to the skin and massaged in gently.
The oil absorbs into the skin with a light massage and is meant for regular body care.
