Beam Ashwagandha Capsules (60 Caps) is a pack of 60 capsules, each holding 400 mg of ashwagandha root powder (Withania somnifera). Ashwagandha, known in Sri Lanka as amukkara and in English as Indian winter cherry, is one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda. The capsules are taken twice a day.
