How to brew
Use one teaspoon (about 2.5 g) of leaf per cup and freshly boiled water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
Serving ideas
Good plain or with a little honey. It also takes milk well for a spiced milk tea, and makes a warming pot for cool evenings.
