Orange and Cinnamon from the Golden Giant range by Battler is a Ceylon black tea blended with orange and cinnamon, packed as 100 g of loose leaf in a tin caddy with the leaf sealed in foil.
The black tea is a well-twisted big leaf that brews to an orange-red liquor. The orange adds a sharp, zesty citrus aroma, and the cinnamon a warm, sweet spice, so the cup is fragrant without being heavy. Our listing also notes marigold flowers in the blend.
In the pack
- 100 g of loose leaf tea in a Golden Giant tin caddy.
- Leaf sealed in foil; base: 100% pure Ceylon black tea with orange, cinnamon and marigold flowers.

Tasting notes
Citrus first, then warm cinnamon, over a medium-bodied black tea with a lightly sweet finish.
How to brew
- Use one teaspoon of leaf (about 2.5 g) per cup.
- Pour on freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
Serving ideas
Drink it black, with a little honey if you like it sweeter. It suits cold evenings and the festive season, and brewed strong it makes a good spiced iced tea with a slice of orange.
