This is the tea bag version of Jasmine Green Gold from Akbar: 25 string-and-tag bags, 37.5g in total. The tea is a Chinese green tea from Yunnan province, picked in spring and scented in summer by resting the leaves with fresh jasmine flowers through the evening.
The cup is pale gold, floral and gently sweet, with a smooth finish and no bitter aftertaste when brewed at the right temperature. Each bag sits in its own envelope, which keeps the jasmine aroma in until you open it and makes the bags easy to carry.

How to brew
- One bag per cup
- Water at 80°C; avoid pouring on water at a rolling boil
- Steep for 2-3 minutes, then lift the bag out by the tag without squeezing

Enjoy it hot and plain, or brew, cool and serve over ice for a floral cold drink.
