Classic Ceylon Tea is part of the Akbar Classic Collection: a loose-leaf black tea from the Dimbula district in Sri Lanka's western highlands, packed in a round red tin with a clip-down lid.
Dimbula teas are known for a bright, brisk cup with a clear colour. This one is medium-bodied and well balanced, good for the first cup of the morning or an evening pot, and it takes milk well without losing its character.

How to brew
- 1 level teaspoon per teacup
- Freshly boiled water, 100°C
- Steep 3-5 minutes to taste, then strain
