This is a cinnamon flavour iced tea concentrate from Akbar, in a 370ml bottle. Unlike the ready-to-drink cans, it is meant to be diluted: you decide how strong and how sweet the finished glass should be.
The flavour pairs black tea with cinnamon, a spice Sri Lanka has grown and traded for centuries. Cinnamon gives the cold tea a warm, slightly sweet spice note that sits well against ice and a squeeze of lime or lemon.
A bottle is handy for making a jug for guests, filling flasks or keeping in the fridge for quick glasses through the week.
How to use
- Pour a little concentrate into a glass or jug.
- Dilute with water to taste; chilled or sparkling water both work.
- Add ice, and lemon or mint if you like.

Storage
- Keep in a cool place before opening.
- After opening, close the cap tightly and keep it in the fridge.
