About this experience
Spend four hours exploring Nuwara Eliya, the Sri Lankan hill town shaped by a century of British colonial influence. Your English-speaking chauffeur guide collects you directly from your Nuwara Eliya hotel and drives you through streets lined with Tudor-style bungalows and red-brick facades. Walk the perimeter of the immaculately kept golf course, take in the calm waters of Gregory Lake, and visit a selection of the town's vibrant Hindu temples — each a sharp and colourful contrast to the surrounding colonial architecture.
This is a private tour, so the pace and focus are yours. Transport is by air-conditioned vehicle or tuk tuk, and a one-litre water bottle is provided per person. The price covers hotel pickup and drop-off, your guide, and transport throughout. Entrance fees, meals, and gratuities are not included. Minimum age is five years.
