Yes. Flying Ravana uses a dual parallel cable system, so two riders travel side by side on the same run. It is a good option for friends or family who want to share the experience rather than watch one another go separately.
What safety equipment is provided?
A full-body harness, helmet, and all associated attachment hardware are included. Before the run, a certified instructor delivers a safety briefing and fitting. The zip-line and its Zip Masters are certified by the European Rope Course Association (ERCA).
Are there weight, height or age restrictions?
Riders must weigh between 30 kg and 100 kg, stand between 90 cm and 190 cm tall, and be at least 6 years old. Pregnant women are not able to participate. These limits exist so the harness can be fitted and secured correctly.
What should I wear?
Clothing should fit close to the body — excessively loose or baggy garments are not suitable, and skirts or dresses are not recommended. Long hair must be tied back securely before you gear up for the ride.
Does weather affect whether the zip-line operates?
Yes. Operations are temporarily suspended during thunderstorms and heavy rainfall for safety reasons. Ella's hill climate can bring sudden weather changes, so it is worth allowing some flexibility in your schedule when you plan your visit.
