Ancient Nutra Blue Lotus is a herbal supplement made from the blue water lily (Nymphaea caerulea), known in Sinhala as nil manel. It comes in the white "Natural Blue Lotus" tub of 60 vegetarian capsules.
The blue water lily grows in still ponds and tanks, opening its pale blue, star-shaped flowers in the morning. A variety of it, the nil manel, is the national flower of Sri Lanka.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule a day, in the evening. Do not take more than this. The maker says not to combine it with alcohol or sedatives, not to take it before driving or using machinery, and not to use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Keep the tub closed, in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
